As the Digital Marketing Specialist at Snap Kitchen, I work to improve and execute their digital marketing strategy and customer lifecycle journeys.
I focus on their overall email/sms strategy (campaigns, flows, automations), creating content for cross-channel marketing, and strategizing with the marketing team for all of the company’s initiatives.
My approach is rooted in strategic authentic story-telling, data-driven insights, and making the customer’s online journey as seamless as possible.
Formerly at Stocks to Trade, I was a part of the digital marketing team where I focused on optimizing our email/sms strategy and managing our customer database. Before that, I was the sole marketing team member for Lymbo Clothing and Band Aid School of Music, where I managed everything from customer communications, social media content creation, and overall marketing strategy.
